Industrial Cost and Import Accountant | FMCG
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Industrial Cost and Import Accountant to monitor material and production movements, calculate the costs of manufactured and imported products, and track shipping and logistics expenses to ensure accurate costing and effective financial control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the receipt and issuance of raw materials and finished products.
• Review production quantities and investigate discrepancies.
• Calculate the cost of new manufactured products.
• Determine the cost of imported items, including freight, taxes, customs, and logistics expenses.
• Follow up on shipping documents in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
• Maintain accurate costing records and provide reliable financial reports.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of cost accounting, shipping documents, and customs documentation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
